This week’s chapters contain an avalanche of secrets, and they lay the foundation for so much of what comes next. It’s exciting to reveal glimpses of the Divine Apostasy’s true scope. I hope you enjoy them.
If the book was a rollercoaster, these chapters are around the highest point, as we are about to hurtle into what I hope is an epic ending for book eight.
I spoke with Andrea this week and Hamma’s Last Prayer (HLP) should reach audio in the next couple of weeks. I have referenced HLP a lot in book eight. Probably too much, as many readers have not read HLP yet. I encourage everyone to read HLP, as it adds an extra level of enjoyment to book eight.
I also finalized a cover designer for book eight this week, as the designer for books six and seven no longer does them. I was able to get the same designer who did book four, and I’m excited for the result. Of course you will be the first to see it.
I opened up chapters 37, 38, and 39 to Root.
I opened up chapters 40, 41, and 42 to Harvester.
I added chapters 43, 44, and 45 to Step Master, Blapy’s Favorite, Divine, and Axiom.

Because I decided to pull so much future content into this book, it reveals some items that expand the world building significantly. So while its possible a major arc could complete with twelve books, there is plenty of content to continue if people are still interested in the series.
