He is still so reluctant to delegate that he fails to leverage all the resources at his disposal, like asking Fractal to hire some monsters to keep his space clean in the Shattered Sun. Or perhaps, hire a blasted "administrator" to handle much of the "stuff" on Lir's list. I love that Ruwen still acts like such a hair-brained boy much of the time.
