February 10, 2023 - Update

Hi!

Another super busy week for the Divine Apostasy. Travis finished recording Shadow’s Seventh Step and the audio will be available on the 21st, the same day as the ebook. This is a first for me! I know this makes the audio fans very happy.

Hamma’s Last Prayer launched this week as well. For some reason, Amazon has not given the book any visibility and I had to pull out all the stops to try and get some traction. I’ve been busy on social media trying to get the word out. I feel like the book is better if you read it before Shadow’s Seventh Step so I’m encouraging people to read it before book 7 comes out on the 21st.

As I said, the launch has been a struggle, which really bums me out, as the book provides a view on parts of the world many fans wanted. If you read it here on Patreon, consider leaving a review with your thoughts on Amazon. It would really help the book and the Divine Apostasy series as a whole.

I released four chapters tonight. They are intense. Probably the most intense of the entire series. The end of Chapter 84 is one of my favorite lines of the book as it evokes such amazing imagery for me. Buckle up.

I’ve teased the audio for Hamma’s Last Prayer for awhile now. I know many of you are hoping for Travis. That just isn’t possible. He has become so unbelievably popular (and deservedly so) he is booked until like 2027. I don’t even think that’s joking. Of course, we all want Travis to narrate these characters, but it isn’t even an option.

So, I found another Narrator that can give Travis a run for his money. Someone who is also a legend and loved in the community just as much. Someone who will perform Hamma, Lylan, Blapy, Ky, and others with amazing talent. I am thrilled to tell you that Hamma’s Last Prayer will be narrated by Andrea Parsneau.

We hope to start in April, and I’m really excited for this new partnership. I hope you are too.

I added chapters 83, 84, 85, and 86 to Step Master, Blapy’s Favorite, and Divine.
