I don’t have much to say this week. I spoke with the narrator for The Grey Warden and that will start next week. I’m on track for a mid-October release.
I’ve attached a picture of what happens when you let too many months go by without mailing signed copies. I am sending October’s book as well and that means some of you will be getting four books in the mail next week. Sorry about the delay. As you can see, it is not a simple process.
The audiobook of The Sixth Rune is doing well and I appreciate all of you who left a review. That book divided many readers. Some hated the training sequence as Ruwen learned to use his Architect Role and other abilities, while others loved it and thought it was the best part. Some even hated the mental world building which surprised me. I thought the idea of world building internally as well as the typical externally was clever and fun, but not everyone agreed.
It is another reminder that you can never please everyone.
I opened up chapters 15, 16, and 17 for Root.
I opened up chapters 18, 19, and 20 for Harvester.
I added chapters 21, 22, and 23 to Step Master, Blapy’s Favorite, and Divine.
