September 11, 2021 - Update

I had a great week of writing, which is good since I'm running out of time. I thought in this week's update I'd lay out my plans for the next month.
There is a chance I could finish the final chapters of book five this weekend. Then I'll need to do a third revision before handing it off to a couple of proofreaders. Like always, I'm cutting it close.
While the story is at the proofers, I will write the now infamous book heist scene from Sift's point of view. Everyone will finally understand what happened. I haven't decided where to put this story, but I'm leaning toward my website to try and drive some traffic there and hopefully get some people to sign up for the mailing list. I know I could make this a reader magnet, but I don't want to make signing up for my mailing list required. That's why I thought the website might be best.
I also need to add a summary for book four to the website and update the glossary with the new people and places. I also plan to look at what it would take to add this information to the x-ray functionality on kindle.
Then, if the proofers aren't done, I need to think about the major beats for book six and possibly even begin that book. We'll see how I feel mentally and if I need a short break.
Once the proofers are done, it's time for the fourth and final revision. Then it's time to release it into the wild and give the manuscript to Travis.
Wow, that is a lot. It's a good thing I'm not traveling...wait, yes I am. Again. But this one is just a couple of days so I'm hoping it doesn't interfere too much.

I opened up chapters 42, 43, and 44 to Root.
I opened up chapters 45, 46, and 47 to Harvester.
I added chapters 48, 49, and 50 to Step Master, Blapy's Favorite, and Divine.
