I generally try and avoid looking at reviews. This is because, like many writers, the negative ones can have an adverse effect on my writing and productivity. The reality is, those reviewers were just not right for the series, nothing else. I bring this up because I noticed a milestone that kind of snuck up on me. The audio version of Shade's First Rule hit 1,000 reviews this week.
Like so many milestones for this series, it amazes me. When I started, I'd hoped a hundred or so people might find and like this story. I'm so grateful that a few more than that enjoyed the series. All those readers have allowed me to keep writing and now we are going strong on book five.
Speaking of which...
I opened up chapters 14 and 15 to Root.
I opened up chapters 16 and 17 to Harvester.
I added chapters 18 and 19 to Step Master, Blapy's Favorite, and Divine.
