I do think Halle Berry’s was the last great best actress Oscar dress! Looking back at the gowns, what’s so funny is that Emma Stone (1st win) and Jessica Chastain both had great dresses but nobody remembers them because of what happened at those ceremonies! Emma’s was gold though which makes it a bit less memorable—so much gold, beige, white, and pale pink.
