While you're busy with this morning's Oscar nominations and, of course, voting in our Listeners' Choice poll if you haven't already, we want to hear from you! As discussed, our February Exception episode will be the This Had Oscar Buzz Superlatives, our picks for award season oddity categories like Best Kiss or Best Grownup Love Story etc. But we also want to incorporate our wonderful listeners as well! So, we are letting you all choose our Best Picture category, or ahem, the This Had Oscar Buzz Grolsch People's Choice Award!
In the link above, you can vote for the ten films you want to see nominated! A note: you can only cast a single vote for one film (submitting a ballot with 10 slots for Barbie will still count as 1 vote for Barbie etc.). Voting will close THIS SUNDAY 1/28 9PM EST.
But wait there's more! The ten films with the most votes will be your nominees, and then you will all vote for the winner on a preferential ballot, just like the Academy. The nominees will be announced next Tuesday 1/30.
