First few days on tour …
Added 2025-03-05 03:20:51 +0000 UTCHey everyone,
I wanted to share a little behind-the-scenes insights and how stressful the first few days on tour can be.
It’s always exciting to finally hit the road after months of preparation, but those first days can feel like pure survival mode. There’s a constant mental overload because everything happens at once:
• Learning the daily schedule (when to wake up, when to eat, when to soundcheck, when to play, when to leave)
• Getting familiar with the crew and the whole production setup (also of the other bands)
• Figuring out all the gear in a new environment — sometimes with very limited soundcheck time
• And of course… trying to deliver 100% on stage every night, no matter how exhausted you are
Let me know if you want to know more personal behind-the-scenes stories from this tour. Feel free to ask me specific things in terms of touring, preparation, warm ups or if there’s anything else you’re curious about!
I also want to share my warm up routine on here during the next few days!
See u soon!
Rafael

A lot of hard work I guess. What touring means is mostly underestimated. I hope you can still enjoy.
