That's the timer I use for practicing. It helps me set everything aside, such as emails and my phone, allowing me to focus on just one task. I typically do 25-30 minute sessions. When the timer runs out, I take a break to drink some water and stand up for a few seconds. Then, I reset the timer and switch to a different topic in my practice schedule.
You can download the timer for free from the App Store; it's called AS Timer. There's also a Pro version available if you want more features, but the regular version is free.
There have been times when I practiced this way for many hours a day. However, these days, I'm quite busy organizing everything, including bands, sessions, emails, social media, and shooting videos. As a result, I can only dedicate one hour a day to practice, which effectively means two sessions. But my practice schedule varies from time to time.
