Bulbasaur

Pokémon Name: Bulbasaur #01

Category: Seed Pokemon

Type: Grass / Poison

Length: 2' 4" / 0.71 m Weight: 15.21 lbs. / 6.9 kg.

Ability: Overgrow Hidden: Chlorophyll

Bulbasaur is born with a strange seed planted on its back. It can be found in various grasslands or forests. As it grows, the seed develops into a bulb, which gradually enlarges over time. This bulb contains stored nutrients and energy that sustain Bulbasaur during its early life. The bulb functions as a reservoir. Bulbasaur can go days without food, drawing on the energy stored inside the bulb. The bulb can be considered a pouch filled with many seeds. It becomes larger as Bulbasaur ages, preparing for its eventual evolution. Bulbasaur often naps in bright sunlight. The plant on its back uses photosynthesis, soaking up the sun’s rays, which helps the bulb grow. Bulbasaur relies on the nutrients packed within the bulb on its back, giving it sustenance until it can eat and absorb energy on its own. Bulbasaur is a symbiotic blend of animal and plant, born with a seed that grows into a bulb, which stores energy, absorbs sunlight, and provides vital nutrients throughout its early life.

My Thoughts

Look at the little green frog. I just want to carry him around. Makes me wonder if its skin feels just like a frogs. It has always been helpful during my fight with Brock and Misty. A very loyal protector that’s useful in dealing with Rock, Ground and Water Pokemon. So glad I was able to see groups of them in Blueberry Academy. I always wondered if Bulbasaur was able to lift me up with its vine. If I ever own a garden, I know Bulbasaur would be very useful in helping the plants grow. Honestly, it would be useful for people with insomnia when it uses its sleep powder. It’s shiny isn’t really anything special as it's only a different shade of green. Apparently it gouges, does it dig a hole then waits for the enemy to trip. I wish I had a full art of Bulbasaur crossing a river. I did not know it could stand on it's back legs and I question just how long it can keep standing like that.
