This time, her captor didn’t have any rope or gags on them, but that’s okay, as they just used Phantom Lady’s costume to tie her up, giving the heroine a severe wedgie in the process! Worse off, Phantom Lady realized another draw back to having a cape is that they can be used as a handy gag when in a pinch!
