The blob rears up and swallows Phantom Lady whole!but the valiant superheroine continues to struggle and even forces her head out of the creatures gaping maw!
Try as she may, Phantom Lady cannot pull free of the sticky ooze, and feels herself being sucked back down the creature’s gullet.
Still pinned to the wall, Black Scorpion can only watch helplessly. As Phantom Lady finally disappears inside the writhing, slimy mass, Black Scorpion can’t help but wonder if she was used as bait to lure Phantom Lady here, or if the creature is saving her as a snack for later…
