ViM Studios: Dev Log 6-May-2022

Just a quick update on what we've been working on this week at ViM Studios!

Josselyn was sick most of this week but managed to do some much-needed "housekeeping" for A Shot in the Dark and our social media platforms. She has also been working on a behind-the-scenes video for A Shot in the Dark that we will post for Patrons only next week!

As already announced, TheOmega was able to crank out a BETA Android build for Chapter 1 of A Shot in the Dark. We know many of you are primarily Android players, and we apologize for the delay in getting you access to Chapter 1. The game needed more modification than we anticipated to work properly on Android, but now that we have a working build it should help us avoid the same delays for future releases.

TheOmega is continuing to make adjustments to the Android version to ensure smooth updates and save transfers for future releases. So keep an eye out for updates on that if you're an Android player!

We also got a build of Prince of Suburbia - Part 1 (V0.55) submitted to Steam! It is still being reviewed by Steam, and there will likely be some modifications needed before it can officially release. We will let you know as soon as it goes live! We appreciate any help you can offer with downloading and rating/reviewing the game once it's on Steam.

Since most of the work this week was not specifically for the next releases, we won't be posting the progress bars like we did last week. But they will be back for the next update!
