Hey people!
I'm currently working on the aftermath scenes. I have to create 4 variations of these, so its a bit of work to get through. Every time I think a scene might only take me an average of 25 to maybe 50 renders, it easily becomes well over 100... what am I doing? π
I'm still improving things from time to time. I went back to some scenes I did earlier when development of EP4 started, and made further changes. You don't realise how nasty some stuff looks until you compare, but of course, beauty remains in the eye of the beholder and you may think I'm completely wrong here. Since ever I got the render queue working, it's now much easier to revisit something I've done before, as I simply re-render overnight. Quite often when I work on scenes, eventually the queue depletes, so I put some reworked scenes in there to keep it going.
Here's a snippet in comparison of Diana in EP2 versus what you'll get in EP4. There's a slight difference. π UE5 has come a long way since early access, and the engine upgrades allowed me access to more rendering features, so its not entirely my fault. π

Anyway, that's it for now I guess.
All the best,
Ezy
