Doodles and life update

September has been a crazy ride. When I wrote that last Patreon entry I was ready to just go to my interview, turn in my paperwork and documents and work on something else as I hoped for the best. But nothing went as planned, of course.

The first doodles are about how this month has been. Last ones are personal doodles I managed to draw during this month very late at night. Characters belong to me and Blue Abyss.

Here's more details about the first doodles if you feel curious.

1) Some stuff were missing when I had my interview so they set another date to turn in what was left. It was something uncommon for Perú but required by Spanish standards so it took me by surprise. On the other hand, the money wasn't enough and I had to declare more. I spent almost two weeks stressing to get the needed amount of money and the documents with all the requirements. Meanwhile, I had family events and someone kept trying to approach me in a way that makes me both angry, nervous and almost panicky, it was very distracting and I was doing my best to just get my stuff done in spite of them. Once I went and turned in the new stuff I only got frowns and commentary that I didn't seem to have enough money but to leave my passport and come back in some days anyway.

2) Meanwhile I had a lot of work for animatics, this time double than usual and way more complicated. After my second visit to the consulate I kept thinking about the probability of not getting the visa, the money and effort it took me to get to this point and what I would have to pay or do again in order to try to go for it one more time if they denied it.  What I hated the most was that due to this uncertainty I was unable to plan ahead for the next couple weeks. I worked slow, ate a lot, got very stressed and all that fun stuff. 

3) I got the  visa. It was a relief but as that weight finally lifted from my shoulders, an avalanche of stuff I had to immediately take care of was waiting around the corner.

4)The very next day a couple thugs robbed be and a friend. They got out of a car and got back in with all our stuff. I no longer have a phone but that day I forgot my wallet at home so my documents and cards are safe.

5) Now I'm on a rush trying to get everything done and not to crumble in the process but I'm very unstable to be honest and at the slightest adversity I end up a mess again. Still, just trying to keep functioning and working to get everything done. My flight is in 6 days.
