Ring of Everlasting Flame (Rare: Superb): Soulbound, Cloak of Everlasting Flame (+25% power to Fire Magic), Blessed Climate.
Staff of Soulfire (Rare: Superior): Soulbound and made of Soulflame Spirit Wood. 10% Efficiency and 32% Power to Soul and Fire Magic. Enchantment Slots: 3 (Grasp of the Blazing Soul, Dome of Soulfire, Endless Soulflame). Effects: Resizable, Self-Repair, Soul Affinity, Fire Affinity.

At his next evolution, it might be good for Sam to push Kelin’s Soul affinity up to the maximum. I am not sure he could become the Sovereign of Souls with only a high affinity for Soul Magic. (Is that possibly something Sam started with this evolution? You were vague with what benefits he received from the drink.)
