It's amphibious monsters for me; the more they're like lizardmen or dinosaurs, the better Why I love Tifa and Aerith, Jill in the sewer, and the underwater cave videos. Past that, I prefer insectoids, so the Xenomorph and the like are in that second space for me. I don't really care for humanoid monsters, but if so, I'd pick goblins; their short size is more fun! But if i had to pick more human, I'd go zombies. (Jill in the wrong puzzle video is a favorite). I'd also put dog-like monsters up near the top too. The rest I can take or leave.
