Life of a Dominant Futanari Week 7 Chapter 254/ 4: Projects
Added 2024-05-18 10:31:19 +0000 UTCEntering the library, I instantly set myself up on the computers and started to sign into the school's network. After a lengthy pause, I logged into my email and cloud, grabbed my assignment, and started to print it off for the teacher. It was thirty-two pages long, but it covered everything that was needed.
While working on that I also printed out the project from the week before that I was allowed to delay. It was only now that I remembered because I was printing off this project. I felt myself sweat a little since the teacher was being kind to me. I got it queued up before going back to the group project.
I decided to check to see if anything needed to be changed and started reading through it while it printed. It only took a couple of minutes to skim through it, but I found that I had everything right. This was the benefit of research while you had way too much free time like I have during the summers. I could now just print this off and hand it in tomorrow.
"Hello, Ms. Brown, Angela Brown, right?" I heard a woman's voice say, and I turned around to see a woman who looked to be in her early forties with brown hair. I recognized her as the new librarian. She looked professional and had a well-kept look, and her black glasses made her look smart. Her hair was done up in a bun, and she wore a white blouse and black pencil skirt. Her breasts were modest, but she looked good. Again, I missed the old librarian, but sometimes things change.
"Yes, I am Angela Brown," I replied with a soft smile.
"Ah, I am Ms. Granger, although this is not our first time meeting. Do you mind if I ask you why you are at the Library during class?"
"Sure," I replied and got the note from my teacher, "I was excused because I finished all the work."
"Oh, Good. Then you don't mind if I bring up something a little more personal?" Ms. Granger suddenly said, much to my surprise.
"Personal?"
"Well, you invited me and my wife to help you house hunt."
"Wait, you're my lawyer's partner?" I asked, suddenly surprised.
Ms. Granger chuckled, "Of course, I thought she told you."
My surprise was complete, and I thought back to the conversations with my lawyer. I remembered that one of the reasons she moved her practice here was because her partner was a librarian. "I love house shopping, and I thought since I had you, Lacy said it should be around your current budget. With her having a lot of your information, we have also been looking into mortgages, and frankly," Ms. Granger looked around, seeing no one was around. "There hasn't been much else for me to do. I have been working on a new Catalog system that I want to implement for next year, but I will not confuse the students here by changing the system mid-school year. I will be waiting for the break to start that. So I have been taking my time and house hunting for you since Lacy said you were homeless but have money to spend."
"Okay," I replied, getting back in stride, "Actually, is there anything basically next door to the school?" I asked curiously.
"Hmmm, Let's look, follow me," Ms. Granger said, and we went over to the librarian's desk. I walked behind it with her, and she started to pull up houses. She went to a website for houses, and she started to take a look with an unlimited amount of money just to see if there was a house for sale. Suddenly, three popped up, and she grinned, "There they are," Ms. Granger said, "Three houses, one for nine hundred thousand dollars, but those are house flippers. I recognize the company. They have been buying houses all around everywhere in this state. Honestly, Lacy and I almost purchased one, but the house inspector we hired advised us against it. They do sloppy work, and they like to charge out the ass for it. They are looking for people with more money than brains. So that house is out, in my opinion. It is just down the road a little and is the farthest. Also, the house isn't worth that much, based on the photos. This area is in the three hundred to four hundred thousand range. That price is ridiculous."
"Well, that is off the table. What about that one? It is only two hundred and fifty thousand."
Ms. Granger pulled up the picture of the house, and I frowned, as the house's condition was not great. "This is a Foreclosure. That's what those house flippers target to try and make money. If you're willing to take a risk and order contractors to do a lot of work, then this is your house. You might not be living in it until the new year, though, if you go that route."
I frowned, "What about the last one that is closest to the school?"
"That one is practically across the street," Ms. Granger said, pointing it out.
"Wow, that is literally across the street from the back of the school. I could run into the yard in minutes. Not even a five-minute walk. I have seen that house; I thought an old couple lived in it."
"Well, it seems they are selling it: A five-bedroom house with one four-piece ensuite, two three-piece bathrooms, and a two-piece bathroom with a basement, doesn't say if it is finished or not and no pictures. All the other pictures look nice, and the price is in the upper range of Three hundred and seventy-five thousand. Frankly, I think if you want to rush, this is a good one. I just put it on the market two days ago. Want me to call Lacy to get a realtor for you that she trusts?"
"So, the one you two used?" I asked.
"Yup, the guy's name is Brandon, a really gay guy but holy shit, he knows his stuff. That house I was telling you that the house inspector told us not to buy. That was us going against Brandon's advice. Frankly, he is realistic and fast. If you want to use someone else, I have no problem with that."
"Of course you don't. But if you think he is good, then let's use him."
I picked up my phone, and called my financial lawyer, Lacy, who I had just learned was our Librarian partner. "Hello Angela, To what do I owe the pleasure this early? You are lucky I am even working on some research; usually, I am not in this early."
"Is Ms. Granger your Partner? Wife?" I asked bluntly.
"Yup, works as a Librarian, why?"
"Because she is sitting beside me now. You know I go to the school where she works as a librarian, right?"
"Yeah, I told her because you allowed me to," Lacy said, and I nodded. I remember giving her consent to tell her partner. "So I told her, and she has been doing research. Did you find something?"
"Well, I bumped into her while printing a project, and we went over some things. We found a place near my school that I think I am interested in seeing. So, how does three hundred seventy-five thousand sound to you?" I asked, "Will I be able to get a mortgage?"
"Maybe. Look, I am going to talk to one of my contacts. Did my Wife tell you a real estate agent?"
"Brandon?"
"Perfect, do you mind if we use him? He is a local, and I would love to continue to set up a mutually beneficial contact with him. He recommends me; I recommend him."
"Sounds fine; I had no one in mind."
"Perfect. Do you want us to scope it out for you first, or would you like to join us or go alone?"
"If you can get it during my first-period time, I would happily join you. If not, scope it out for me and tell me what you think." I could now see Ms. Granger smiling brightly.
"Perfect, I will text you the details."
"Okay, Talk to you soon," I said before hanging up and sighing. I felt odd at this moment like a bomb went off. I was not expecting things to change quickly like this or whatever this was.
"Okay, so you just put it in for a time when I should be working. But I can probably take a break and shut down the Library for thirty minutes. I will go call Brandon and Angela. Also, thank you for allowing me to exercise a little of my addiction. Honestly, Lacy was driven half crazy when we were purchasing our home here. I really love house shopping, and I only have gotten to do it while renting and purchasing our home here, so I enjoy it a lot."
"That is fine. I know nothing about it, so it is nice to have someone assist, and I just have so many things going on in my life."
"Fair. I can understand that, although I am curious about what you do, you can afford to buy a house at your age. But the fact that my partner is your Lawyer probably has to do with Investing. She is really good at that. She just isn't good at doing it with our money. She gets too nervous."
That was an interesting little bit of information, and Ms. Ganger covered her mouth, "Oh, I am so sorry. I should not have said that. Really, Lacy has made millions for her clients and has a very good track record; please don't start doubting her."
"That is fine," I said, "I will find out myself. She is assisting me in learning how to work with a lot of money. If, in the future, she does not deserve that trust, then our contract will come into effect. But that is enough about that. I am going to put my project together and relax a bit before the next class. Thanks for the help, Ms. Granger!"
I walked away before we continued to talk. Ms. Granger was really attractive, and to be honest, I was now questioning their relationship. Were they partners or married? If I remember correctly, Lacy's last name was not Granger, but these days, that means nothing. Lacy had a reputation in New York, so her name meant a lot for her career.
I shook my head, got to the printers, started putting everything together, and frowned when I saw one of the sheets come out with ink bleeding into another. I went to the computer I had been using, changed printers, and had those pages redone. With both projects completed and compiled for their respective classes, I walked out of the library after another five minutes, feeling a bit overwhelmed by the thought of purchasing a house again.
Pulling out my phone once more, I looked at the time and realized that the conversation had gone a bit longer than I had thought. Thinking some more, I decided to call Becky, feeling weird that I had not talked to her in a week. For better or worse, she was my baby momma; that fucking felt so fucking weird even to think. Her Cuck of a husband would be raising my kid, but it was what it was. I mean, I wasn't ready to be a mom. I wasn't even sure I wanted to be a mother in the future. I could get pregnant if I wanted to, based on what the doctors told me years ago. I wonder if that was still true.
Instead of thinking more, I called Becky up, just wanting to check in and maybe have a car meet tomorrow morning. The Phone rang a couple of times, though, and I instantly became annoyed. "MISTRESS~!" I suddenly heard when I suspected that the phone was going to hang up. "I am sorry. I dropped my phone under the bed as I reached for it!"
"Hmmm, Still," I said, sounding like I was pouting a bit. I shook my head, "Are you busy tomorrow morning?"
"Um, No, I usually book things for later."
"Good. You will be at my school in your car, and I am going to fill you up. You can update me on things then. Bye Cumdump." I hung up and felt annoyed at how long she made me wait, listening to the phone ringing.
Still annoyed, I walked to my next class, and the bell rang as I made it there.
I stepped into the classroom and saw all the students filtering out as I entered. I pushed past them with ease and ended up in front of the teacher. "Hello, I forgot to hand in this project last week, and I hope it is not too late to hand it in now," I said while digging into my bag.
"Angela, I was going to ask you about that, but I talked to Mrs. Grendier and Mr. Trimmers, and they vouched for you. You are fine for handing it in a bit later because you had volleyball. Please don't make this a habit, though." My teacher replied with a smile, and I returned the compliment.
"Thanks," I replied, not telling her I had only forgotten about it and that it was already done. Too much had been happening personally, and things in school were starting to slip. I will go review some notes," I said, slipping away and getting to my desk, pulling out my notes. I did not want to get into trouble, so I started studying with a focused mind.
My annoyance washed away quickly, and the Teacher started her lesson. I started to take notes when she began. The class became another review session for me, and I was growing bored. I continued to take those notes, though, and when the bell rang, I could not help but feel glee in my heart that I would no longer be bored.
I quickly packed my things and wondered if I had anything planned for lunch. I thought I would have Tracy, Alex, and Sarah there for some talk and enjoyment. I spoiled Alex last night, and Sarah might need attention. But I also wanted to spend some time molding Tracy's ass. It was amazing how it sucked me in deep and tried to suck my cum out of me.
My cock started to harden in my skirt, so I quickly changed what I was thinking about with a shudder. It took only a couple of minutes, but as I reached the locker room, I could already hear female voices, and I smiled as I opened the Teacher's Locker Room with a growing smile.

I don't think that it would be wise to do the layer/librarian couple, considering that the lawyer is gunshy of playing the stocks with personal cash despite being excellent at it for clients...
