A deformity is anything that isn't expressly 'normal' She is taking the literal definition so since they are children of both a human and a dog with quick genetic splicing on them. Deformities let alone even surviving would be a close shot. That is why I wrote it this way. :D I am sure you will enjoy the upcoming chapters.
