(On my phone so I can’t ‘reply’, therefore I’ll label this as 2) Well, when hit with writers block, I’ve always been recommended and recommending reviewing your work, possibly doing edits or minor adjustments along the way. Any major adjustments should be noted down separately since you’re trying to get back into the flow of the story, so to speak. Otherwise, burn the block with fire!
