P.S unfortunately I lost one of my initial arm measurements but it was just over 17 inches. I included the post pump one (which is comparable to my YouTube measurement video)

Great measure size are after workout but that not true measurement size after while lost pump. Know me doesn't make difference pump or not. True measurement is how much muscle gain after pump is gone compare to what were pre being pump.
