I'm not so sure about the heads thought... maybe I should change a bit the shoulders so it looks better?

Well I know I'm not Nevan Vehkalh but if I could give an advice I think that the two outer heads look odd in the placement, like they are behind the middle head instead of being side by side. So maybe, the upper body needs to be a little more wide or change the shoulders like you said so the heads could be placed correctly. Still, it's up to Nevan Vehkalh of course. I love the pose, the expressions and the fact that they are orgasming.^^
