As for the setting: I imagine somekind of "relaxation" clinic for wealthy people... And they make sure to tend to all your cares.
Though not sure if they can go back to a normal life after that though ;)

When a person in their 20's or so "fails to launch" or "boomerangs" back to their parents home after not succeeding at finding a job or career, to avoid being a burden to their parent's retirement fun, they are sent there to live out their useless lives as "make-work babies" for others who are paid to care for them.
