1000 Subscribers Reached! What Makes You Stick Around?

I am happy to inform you we have reached a 1000 paid subscribers (Patreon + MMF)! The journey to this important milestone took us exactly two years and we couldn't be more excited to have landed where we are today! As such, I would like to thank each of you for making this possible and supporting us the entire way! I am proud to say our community is truly the best!
I am also proud to admit that, out of 27 people who subscribed to our Patreon during the very first month, 9 are still with us to this day, and some of them are regularly active in our Discord. While I probably shouldn't mention their names in a public post for privacy reasons, I am very grateful to each of them! Thank you for staying with us for so long!
Just as before, we are not planning to settle for what we have achieved so far and will continue to experiment with different things beyond simply making more models each month. For example, we have recently added an awesome sticker pack in Discord, so go ahead and check it out! And after a full each of being asked about painting contest, we are carefully starting to plan one in near future. In other words, we want to give back to our community for all their support, so let us know how we can do that!
And now, let's discuss the most important topic. At the end of the day, we are a team making 3D printable models, so it is vital for us to understand our audience and make sure we meet their needs. So please, let us know: what kind of models made you follow us in the first place and what makes you stick around?

(Sometimes I will skip and buy later if I don't have the money to sub at the time). Also got one or two with the discount for previous models. But I'll always stick around and keep a look out and note down any I can't afford to get atm! :>

2024-02-24 17:17:58 +0000 UTCI started with Karlach and I really need more of BG3 characters :) and there is no other author that gave so excelent printing models with easy to remove supports and 0 leftovers. I will stick with You for long time in Merchant Tier - I started to make some real money when BG3 models appear. I already have 3 people waiting to buy Shadowheart as soon as she will be relased next month :) I don't have interest in any anime character (really didn't recognize even single one). Maybe splitting into 2 different tiers would be better? Like 70% of price for only BG3 related characters? And other tiers for other models groups? Just stupid idea.

2024-02-24 14:50:00 +0000 UTCI came here in January because of Mizora and Tae Takemi (and Leona to lesser extent), I hoped high elf archer will be cool but she has too manga like face (I would love some manga miniatures if they got more realistic faces and not if their noses look like a sample usage of pinch tool). I did not care for other modes, stayed for Minthara (to lesser extent for Raphael), I would love Aigis if again she would have more realistic face. I appreciate Freiren but I would prefer if she had more realistic facial features. I quite like angry Mokka (because she has most facial features out of all of your manga like miniatures I saw). I'm yet uncertain whether to print her or not (odds are low). I'm going to stay in March for Reina, Shadowheart and Wyll. I no longer have any hopes for Fern (but if she had a more realistic face I would be happy to print her).

When not looking for BG3 characters, I'd love to see more not so often done characters, mainly from games. There's a stupid amount of Lara Croft models - where's Aya Brea vom Third Birthday (though some made her appearance from Parasite Eve 1 and 2), where's Jennifer Tate from Primal, where's characters from Shadow Hearts, ...? That sure would keep me here when you decide to quit on BG3 characters... however, Polls always end up with the same overdone characters. That's not your fault and happens everywhere, but it's sad...

But all the models have been great. The way models are cut and keyed are perfect and I have very little post-processing to do. I plan on sticking around even after the BG3 hype dies down. You guys do great work!

I'm here cause of printing and post processing. the way you cut and key the model you usually try hide it. Once printed everything just fits together. You don't just split the model on a joint and I spend hours trying to fix and hide gaps. Saving me hours in post processing.. I can print and get right to painting, with minimal post processing.
