2024-03-04 12:10:00 +0000 UTCWell, ben wa balls have a very distinct function, they're heavy and have smooth surfaces, so they constantly try to slip out of the cavity they are in. The trainee will walk around with them inside and when they feel it sliding down, they need to stop them with nothing but their cavity muscle and try to push them back inwards. they're practically a gripper for holes haha
