Waifu Showdown 0.3.4 Update
Added 2025-11-14 11:35:13 +0000 UTCHello everyone, it's finally time for the new update of Waifu Showdown. In this update a small amount of new content was added, also there are gonna be some bad news at the end of the post.
Let's talk about good news, which is gonna be...
NEW ANIMATIONS
Two new sets of animations centered around two new moves that can be used by a player, giving you a bigger advantage in a match. Some changes were made to the menus so you can properly use the new animations. You will find those changes exactly where they are supposed to be, so there should be no confusion about that.
BAD NEWS
The bad news are the reason why the new animations are basically everything for this update. The thing is that currently in the area where i live there's an issue with electricity (some kind of an issue with a local power plant, that's what I've been told at least) which left me with almost no time to work on the game in the past two weeks. Right now I am trying to find a solution while writing this post from a laptop with a portable battery. Because of that the timing and quality of the updates will take quite a hit, but hopefully everything will go back to normal soon, so I can countinue working on the next bigger update.
I know that it seems like I am just making up excuses at this point but I can only I wish I did do that instead of getting through all of this.
Anyways, I will try to adapt to the situation I am in right now to finally manage a big update I've been promising for quite some time. It's a shame that problems just keep popping out from all the directions.
