Waifu Showdown 0.1.1 Update
Added 2025-01-01 00:18:57 +0000 UTCHello, everyone, this is the new update of Waifu Showdown. In this update the new visuals for fighters' body models have been added. The models look much more detailed and now have all the necessities that are required for the content that will be added in the future updates.
Unfortunately some clipping problems with new clothes and some visual bugs you might encounter were not fixed in time. To tackle the said issues the first hot fix for Waifu Showdown will be released in the few days, so stay tuned for that.
Speaking of the new combat system. Frustration and underperformance are the key words to describe this part of the update. Everything that could go wrong went wrong, everything that could break down broke down. Because of that an emergency simplified version of combat system was created, with that you can only perform the existing animations with the number keys as usual.
That means that the new combat system is going to be the main theme of the January Update. So, let's leave currently the worst update for Waifu Showdown in 2024 and hope that I can make a comeback with quality content in 2025.
