Yeah, one piece filler is good, it's just the ones that are more alternate reality stories are more tiring cause it feels more like wasted time, not unlike the clip show episodes. Also I do think that you're more likely to see the big techniques that have been revealed earlier in filler like this. Cause the canon episodes hold those big moves in reserve a lot more.
