D: I was woken for a call

R: sounds serious

D: I wouldn’t worry about it. Did you need something?

R: yes. I’ve…come across information.in the archives

D: anything interesting, this time?

R: it’s not my fault if I discover something you already know, you never tell me anything.

D: I assume you’ll get to your point, soon?

R: you’ve told me about grandmothers part in the war how she was the one to kill the last crow king . But what you’ve never told me is what role my grandfather played. …or anything about my father. I don’t even know his name, let alone where he is, if he’s alive -

R: ribbing aside, do we have a plan for the Council? I think we go with the one where the three of us went to Koop to look for the CK, with Ky as a bodyguard. Scra infiltrated a Murder to try get inside info, we enrolled in The Roost, the basically answer their questions honestly while keeping the backstory in mind. If we told them Scra’s from Kooup, that’ll open up a whole refuge immigration thing that leads to more questioning and gives us a lower chance of getting out of this. Old Crow families usually live secluded lives so so long as no one contradicts your claim to nobility it should buy us enough time to get through the trial and disappear

S: ok. But ky and I stay married.
