I don't think any of the movies that Abridged covers is better to watch the OG first. Mostly because the OG movies are sort of made to showcase the powers everyone has in the current place in the story when it was released. It wasn't until Probably the last DBZ movie that they become part of the story, but DBZA doesn't cover that movie.
