You'd be shocked at how accurate this is to the actual show. You don't need to watch DBZ to watch this, but it definitely enhances the experience.

That said when you do start in on the original content start with dragon ball it starts it all and as far as what else from team 4 star hellsing abridged series itβs sooo funny Yes dragon ball came out before one piece but I donβt think itβs a call back I could be wrong. I do know there is a crossover episode of one piece toriko and dragon ball This guy is radiz not vageta and yes radiz is gokus brother
