2024-02-01 01:50:36 +0000 UTCI love that every arc/island has it's own unique aesthetic, it keeps things fresh and interesting. Also Oda loves history, so a lot of islands/stories have been inspired by real world places/events. The thing about not getting past Syrup village...I think some people don't get that as much as OnePiece is adventure/action story, it is also a character-driven story...and so someone's least favourite arc can easily be another's favourite or in their top 3.
