The problem is that line is breaking and it’s all gonna fall on cyras’ shoulders when it turns to shit. Reik’s group is too much of an outlier here, and is threatening the delicate balance and causing the government to retaliate.
S: so cyras wasn’t just being dramatic when he said it might come to war.
N: we’re just trying to prevent it from getting that far.
