This (points to another band) was some wannabe vigilante for the rich who targeted the homes of lower-Corvids, wiping out entire families. He only goes after the worst of the worst.
S: and why does cyras think it’s down to him to take care of those criminals? What gives him the right, why not inform the authorities?
