P: Ive heard rumours about some of the folks that live out here. cant be too careful. .
C: there are avians living in the canyons?
P: The Wastelands, mostly. Theyre a mean bunch, super anti-government. Which is why they live out passed here. they keep to themselves and the government leaves them be.
C: Really? A part of the island the government doesn’t control?
M: If they want to live in this miserable place sometimes its easier to let them.
P: Theres enough in-fighting to keep themselves busy anyway, from what reports say.
C: What’re they fighting over?
P: Resources, land, you name it.
