I’m fairly new to your Patreon but have been reading Croaking since I found the kickstarter. I saw your name changed so I’ve been looking for this post as I’ve navigated through all 3700+ posts. LOL it’s cute how proposals happen. Who needs the tired old down on one knee. This year my husband and I will be married 30 years. Our proposal was while looking through a friend’s jewelry store waiting for the battery to be changed in my Mickey Mouse watch. My fingers are very petite .. ring finger is 4.5us … so we’d had conversations about normal wedding bands would look huge taking up my entire 3rd knuckle. We saw an engagement ring with a slender band snugged up against it in one of the displays. The hubs looked at me and asked, “You want to buy it?” I looked at him for a minute. “You want to get married?” I asked him. He replied, “I thought that was obvious.” I wish you all the happiness that we have had!
