Aeon of Creation Chapter 30

Once the four in March 7th, Elysia, Welt and Stelle reached the Sky-Faring Commission where the the Loufu was actually being properly protected and controlled by the Cloud Knights.

"The Nameless... How did you even board the Luofu?" The head the of the Sky-Faring Commission in Madame Yukong spoke with a clear frown on their face.

Welt stepped forward as this wasn't a locked away world in the boonies in which the younger generation could mess around with. The Xianzhou were one of the strongest factions in the universe after all.

"Madame Yukong." Welt greeted before he took a breath and continued.

"We attempted to hail the Luofu several times as we landed in orbit of the planet shit. But we received no answer, and with a Stellaron active on the Loufu... We didn't have any choice but to board as the Astral Express coudn't leave with the active Stellaron."

Madame Yukong could only nod in understanding before she took a deep breath and said firmly. "Even still, even if you are the Nameless. This is a Xianzhou affair in dealing with the Stellaron and Fragmentum monsters." 

Stelle, having all the tact of the baseball bat she loved to use as her melee weapon, added on 'oh so helpfully.' "Ah, miss Yukong you forgot the roaming army of Abundance monsters... Abundance monster's that can also be infecting the population of the Luofu."

The long hall of the Sky-Faring Commission went silent as the workers mutter's as they tracked the countless Star Skiff's heard Stelle's words as well and went silent naturally.

Welt looked ready to face palm as Yukong's face twitched but then Elysia spoke up with a soft tone. "I have heard so much about the Xianzhou and the Luofu in particular. How about we, the Nameless just take a break and rent a room for a couple days."

Yukong hearing the lifeline being offered hurriedly agreed with her formal but respectful tone enhancing as she then held out an arm to another Foxian. "Good, the Nameless are naturally respected guests of the Xianzhou Luofu, so allow my protege Tingyun escort you to the Exalting Sanctum for rest."

Tingyun stepped forward from where she was standing behind the older foxian with her fox ears twitching as she said in a kind voice. "It is an honor to meet you benefactors. This humble one is called Tingyun as my teacher has already said."

Elysia stepped back a bit as Stelle and March said their greetings to the beautiful and demure foxian woman who wore this welcoming smile.

And then abruptly Elsyia said in a voice only Welt could hear. "I hate that... Thing, it is as far as possible from a beautiful woman."

Welt's face twitched as he held in a reaction but he still held his deadly cane a bit more firmly as he hummed quietly in acknowledgment.

Then, while Stelle and March kept a close conversation with Tingyun and learning more about the Xianzhou Luofu. Welt couldn't help a frown as even in the heart of the Luofu he coudn't connect to the Astral Express.

Which made no sense as even with an active Stellaron the Luofu had thousands of dimensional anchors and nodes that should be able to connect to the wider galaxy, and especially the other Xianzhou ships.

"Hmm, think I should try to get Jake's attention through breaking one of his toys?" Elysia asked rather bluntly as March 7th dragged Tingyun off to try some soy milk tea.

Welt gave Elysia a look before he said calmly. "An active Stellaron is an issue indeed. But we do not need to call Jake from his own efforts in protecting Belebog... If anything if my assumption is correct, he is likely in conflict with the IPC currently. And that is something he needs his full attention to."

'Unknown to Welt... Jake had already given an entire division of the IPC's Strategtic Investment Dimension a new hereditary trauma to the word 'Chanckla' and the sound of snapping slippers.

As well as mugging one the 10 stone hearts of their stone heart that gave them a portion of the power inherent to an Emanator of Preservation!'

Then Welt asked in a cooler tone. "However, Elysia, what do you have against Tingyun? Granted I haven't interacted with her before. But I have spoken with Yukong before, and your hostility to Tingyun is rather odd."

Elysia was quiet for a long moment before she met Welt's gaze and said with total seriousness. "I am not sure... However, I can say for certain that Tingyun is a beautiful girl. It's entirely a mask for the ugliest of things. I feel it in my very soul."

Welt could only helplessly sigh, as what exactly could he do with such information? Especially when Stelle and March had already been sucked into the kind and demure aura that this Tingyun wore so casually.

But as they reached the Exalting Sanctum, a loud scream rang out as several Mara-Struck cloud knights broke free of some containment and started attacking the civilians!

Making both Welt and Elysia have to refocus as Tingyun cowered behind Stelle, who began smashing the corrupted Cloud Knights with her beloved baseball bat.
