Gamer Emperor Chapter 45 Book 2

'Would Odin think I am some unknown bastard child with how I can feel the Primordial Runes of the universe around me so clearly?' I thought with a slight grimace as the bonus for taking over the second most difficult lesser realm was clearly... A bit too much for my body, mind, and soul currently.

My Gamer Emperor power's were great even if it had this weird fetish for fucking me over and not letting me be an op wizard. But they still weren't perfect, still... I had gained a lot more power, and with the Primordial Rune's I had my own path for magic now.

I relaxed as I let my sore body, mind, and soul acclimate to the feeling of all the newfound power running through myself but I did have a realization for myself as I knew that I needed to work on Rhea's domain of the Flow.

"What kinda bullshit domain is 'Flow' how the hell do I even master that kind of attribute and concept," I muttered to myself as I looked up at the stone ceiling above myself as Arianna's humming paused as she was looking into the Primordial Rune items I had previously collected.

Hearing my muttering, Arianna giggled and said casually. "Oh Jake, you are thinking too grandly to think about messing with the 'Flow' of time or other nonsense. Just go to a faucet or something and try alter it's flow of water."

She took a breath and then continued. "A human-made stream of water wouldn't have any natural resistance to a divine mandate, though it will make you feel a bit icky as divine power and human systems... Yeah you will find out."

I coughed and I asked with some amusement. "Does that have something to do with your heritage from the owl goddess?" I very clearly didn't mention Athena as being back on Earth, saying a god's name was a good way to get their attention.

Even though I was well out of the way and deep underground, I didn't want said goddess to get curious as to why her name was being spoken of.

Arianna's face twitched, and she said with some annoyance. "Correct... I tried to use my inheritance to learn things and the crafts on a very large and highly advanced 3d printing machine and gave myself a good blinding headache."

My lips curled up in amusement at the thought as she was facing the same issue I was in terms of getting the primordial runes shoved into my brain matter.

But still, she was the 'daughter' of Athena and almost certainly Azazel, the leader of the Fallen Angels.

And dear fucking god the thought of Athena dumping a baby on the front porch of the ultimate bachelor in Azazel was both a sad and hilarious thing... 'Actually, is it possible that Athena is like a serial baby dropper as she dumps brain baby's on the front porch's of knowledge god's and such.' I mused.

Then my lips twitched again at the thought of a large group of Athena's 'children' of Azazel and Ajuka Beelzebub coming together to hold an intervention for their depraved mother who had a baby fetish despite being a virgin.

"Why do I know you are thinking something heretical Jake." Arianna stated more than asked, and with a slight giggle, I shared my thoughts.

There was a moment of silence after I shared my thoughts before Arianna sighed helplessly and said flatly. "That... It is more than possible for there to be several siblings with how she likes to just drop us off. But I doubt she would send a brain child off to Ajuka especially."

I raised an eyebrow at that and I asked curiously. "Why is that? I mean, I get he is a devil and the Greeks don't like them due to the whole Evil Pieces poaching and such. But-"

Arianna cut me off with a wry smile as she said blandly. "Because Ajuka would actually accept said child happily... A child born of the intelligence of her, and his own attributes in shared idea's would naturally be a great genius and in time would likely happily join Ajuka's labs and be a great researcher."

The fallen angel demigod shook her head and said flatly. "SHE knows that the thunder beard and the rest of the Pantheon would be angry if she just handed the devils a top researcher. As it's not like that child could be hunted by monsters and driven to Camp Halfblood or anything."

After her explanation, I could only concede that she was entirely right honestly, though my previous thoughts were funny though... And could make for some interesting taunts at least.

I got up from my couch with a slight groan and rubbed my face before I got up and said. "Alright... I am going to try to mess with that Flow domain. I need to try to get this started as I have doubt. That trouble is on my way."

After all, with Andromeda Jackson being dropped off back at Camp Halfblood, unless canon was even more fucking off then usual. Then it was certain that Zeus was about to get his lightning bolt stolen.

And in this world with DXD mixed in it? I had no doubt that he was going to be even more paranoid and flipping his shit at the thought of his siblings working with another faction to depose him of his rule.

"Here, I will come with you... I'd rather not have Kiyohime rip my wings off at seeing me not with you and hovering over you." Arianna said rather dryly to which I nodded as that was completely fair.

I brought Arianna into the bathroom well away from the dragon blood pool I had gained from partially conquering the Gumiho realm, and at reaching the sink... I just turned it on.

There was a heavy pause as the sounds of rushing water filled our ears, and for the next five minutes, I just stared at the water rushing from the tap into the drain.

'Alright Jake, look within yourself. This isn't manipulating your internal mana, or even lifeforce via kia... I gotta find the divine energy from Rhea that bears-' I thought before pausing as I found it as I searched within myself.

Then as I pulled at the divine pool of energy within myself, I felt my head throb as I registered the 'Flow' of water in front of myself and my system dinged at me loudly.

'Well, well... This skill does belong to the blessing of a great Titan goddess. I certainly cannot complain.' I mused before my phone rang as I was now within reception range seeing as I was back on earth.

I looked down at my phone. Only for my face to freeze as I read the message from Kiyohime. [Hades's Furies took Sally Jackson as a hostage to get Andromeda Jackson to return Zeus's lightning bolt along with Hades' Helm of Darkness... They swore on their true name to not harm Sally unless it was proven that Andromeda took the bolt and helm, but I couldn't stop them due to Hades own power hanging on them a warning shroud.]

"Well fuck..." I said, feeling a pit in my gut at the realization that canon. Was fucking here right now!

And if I wanted to stick with Andromeda and Sally. I was going to end up throwing hands with Ares, the god of war, at the end of this adventure, possibly.
