Genshin/Hunter Chapter 124

Going over to the library, I was welcome to the sight of the pride of Sumeru's Akademiya bent over slightly as she was working on a massive... Contraption that was made out of alot of Electro crystals and radiating power.

Part of me was looking at that Electro nuke that was taking up a huge work table. But honestly, the majority of my eye's were on Lisa's slightly bent over ass pointed in my direction for a long moment.

But I knocked on the already opened door to get Lisa's attention who jumped slightly and looked around towards me with a slight scowl before blinking and smiling at the sight of me.

"Oh? Sweetie, ufufu I didn't expect you back so soon... Oh are you here for the Wind Blume Festival?" She asked with a soft smile and the usual teasing affection in her voice.

I nodded with a small smile. "Yeah Lisa, we came back for the Wind Blume festival, but I also wanted to check in with my friends and such. Plus, I was told that you needed help with Electro energy... And I was trained by the very Electro Archon herself."

Lisa raised an eyebrow and then she said quickly. "Wait! Don't use any electro energy in here! This project is highly, highly sensitive to the energies and we... Really don't want this project to explode."

'Yup... It's an electro nuke.' I thought with a wry smile before Lisa coughed into her hand and said firmly.

"Come with me sweetie, we can catch up. And I would love to hear your adventures and see how skilled you have become." 

Lisa gently took my arm into hers, with my arm being held against her ample bust as she pulled into a side office that had a nice set of padded leather chairs and Lisa then said kindly. "Go ahead and sit down, I will grab some scones and some tea for us. You just get your mind ready... I have so many questions ufufu."

After she brought the snacks and drinks over, I took a bite of the vanilla scones she brought over and she hummed before she asked calmly. "So, Jake have you had a fullfilling adventure?"

I raised an eyebrow at her rather open ended question. So I took a breath and exhaled before I said with a rueful smile. "To say the least, I have had an adventure. I got almost killed by the Electro Archon in training on more than one point. And I now have three goddesses's souls living within my own soul." 

Lisa's face twitched at my words and she said dully. "How... How does that even work?" 

A sigh rang before I explained how whatever I killed or hurt before it died would form a soul bond allowing me to rip the soul of the target into my own soul for me to use as a summon.

And then I explained the circumstances of Guizhong, Makoto, and the more problematic Beisht was within my soul.

"So you are worried about a possibly hostile goddess within your soul... That is indeed troubling. But seeing as your soul is healing the Erosion she has faced, its likely she more then the rest of those goddesses won't be awakening any time soon."

"But... There might be one solution." List spoke slowly.

There was a pause as Lisa considered how to explain things, then she sighed and said. "There is... Or was the goddess of death Ronova, of Natlan. I personally don't know that much of her as she is involved with the Heavenly Principals. But perhaps something of hers could be used to exercise Beisht from your soul?"

Lisa shook her head and said with a sigh. "Frankly, before you bother going to Natlan, you might as well seek more information in Sumeru as it's quite literally on the way anyway. But sadly my contact within the Akademia aren't worth much these days." 

I only had foreknowledge up to Sumeru honestly... I reincarnated not too long after the desert was updated and I didn't even get to see too much of that before I got yeeted here into Teyvat actually.

So when it came to Natlan and Fontaine, I would be flying by the seat of my pants... And I had a feeling that it wasn't going to be as simple as appealing to the local archon to have some fucking common sense.

But... Speaking of the issues of Sumeru, would the Balladeer still be my enemy/issue? Or more likely its that fucking Doctore more likely then anything. As I still had the Electro Gnosis in my soul, which was helping to heal Makoto.

"Hmm thats a possible solution." I muttered before I shrugged and said casually. "I will be heading that way at some point. So I will have to look into it, when I am in Sumeru, and evantually in Natlan."

Lisa nodded in understanding before she perked up and said. "Oh? And speaking of wandering around. I heard Klee and Albedo talking about seeing someone that looked exactly like Lumine, but with longer hair in the Dragonspine Mountains, near the peak especially after the Eternal Storm ended." 

My lips twitched before I said slowly. "Yes... That might be Aether themself, they are in a weird situation. But yeah, I will tell Lumine that and we can check for them tonight."

I shook my head and I diverted the topic as I knew Aether the moment they got bored would be just teleporting away with their abyssal powers. "Anyway, so what is that electro project you are working on?"

Lisa then broke into an explanation on how she had made three more of those blasted thing's. And then she planned to use them as a sort of telegram that would use a cloudy night that would then send messages intertwined in lightning guided by Electro Energy through the storms and messages could be shared between the Electro analysers.

My face twitched at that horribly inefficent project to the point that I coudn't help but ask. "Why don't you just like... Take a stupidly long but extremly thin copper cable system and just have it branch off to wherever you want to go, with the cable just being buried underground." 

And that's how I got sucked into using my barely remembered highschool and 'common' knowledge from my old world along with the more primal knowledge of using electro to fuck about with electronics and such.
