Broken Hearts. Mended Lives Chapter 30 ALT POV

Xavier all but sagged into his wheelchair after Jake and his... Quite blatantly, the harem he had collected in the side house he had allotted them as they wanted to settle in before Jake and Hinata specifically looked for a room in the mansion itself.

"He is going to be a bit of trouble." Logan said in amusement as he leaned on the closed door of Xavier's office with his eye's taking in the other people who had come to the meeting. Most specifically, Jean Grey, who had a blank expression.

Hank McCoy shook his head and said firmly. "He seems to be a good young man... Stuck with too many dependents in my view, but he is clearly a good-hearted man with how he is taking care of those vampires and that Gumiho."

Storm or Ororo Munroe shifted slightly and with a slight frown, she said in a measured tone. "His actual harem will cause some drama with the students though. Granted, Jake and his lovers are all adults, even if still young, but it will undoubtedly lead to some... Drama with how teenagers are." 

Xavier took a breath and then said calmly. "Jake is part of the supernatural world like Magik is. He and his party were in the deep forests killing some Wendigos that had slaughtered a camping site filled with people before the Purifier's found them. Normal society logic doesn't apply to their kind frankly."

Jean finally spoke up with a soft voice which drew everyone's eye's and especially Scott Summers/Cyclops gaze. "He has been on the run from a dozen organizations for the last few months. He needs to just settle down for a bit, then with that. He won't be feeling like he has to live life on the edge." 

The room absorbed that for a minute then Xavier nodded and he gave Jean a delicate look before he said with some concern. "And you Jean... How are you going to handle being around him with how you-"

Jean held up a hand and the other people shared looks as the two telepaths just stared at one another before Xavier exhaled and said verbally. "I see...  In either case, I assume that Emma Frost is already going to make her way here in the morning."

Xavier looked over to Logan and said more firmly. "Logan, did you get any information on those Purifiers coming after Jake? How did they know where he was in the middle of the woods?"

Logan shook his head before saying gruffly. "Not like I had a chance to interrogate them with how they had several gunships and several squads after Jake. All I know for sure is that they came from Canada."

With a heavy exhale, Scott spoke up with some concern. "The Purfier's being able to track mutants is a grave concern honestly, we should look into finding their base and maybe throwing Shield at them even. But we have an important concern here at home as well."

He gave a nod to Jean, whose face darkened as he continued to speak. "Jake has two vampires, and a literal Gumiho who eats people. Besides his supposed 'infinite lifeforce' how do we know that they aren't a threat to the other students?" 

There was a pause as both telepaths in the room shared a look... As they knew the true root of Scott's words and thoughts, even if they didn't directly call him out on it. 

But Logan, being the social bulldozer he was, simply stated flatly. "It will be fine Boy Scout. The kid truly does have the life force as I could smell the amount of blood he has been feeding those vamps, and he had no problem taking down attack helicopters despite frequently losing his blood to them." 

Scott went to open his mouth again with a scowl but then Hank mused aloud in a tone that was clearly scientifically curious. "With his supposed infinite lifeforce. I do wonder what would happen if Rogue's powers were to interact with his?" 

There was a pause before Xavier smiled wryly and said quietly. "If he could deal with her life force absorption, then I imagine they would become fast friends at least."

With Logan scoffing and saying. "More like his bed would be filled with another body."

Jean's controlled expression twisted, and there was a flash of... Fire in her eye's for but a brief instant. Before her expression smoothed over and she said calmly. "Rogue is a big girl. She knows jumping into a relationship, or carnality wouldn't be good for herself."

Then Jean stood up from her chair and she said. "I have class first thing in the morning, so I will be heading to bed early."

And the rest of the room nodded and said their goodnight with Scott moving to escort Jean back to her room. But Jean just gave him a look and sent him a telepathic message.

'I am fine, you have plenty more to discuss, I am sure.' Jean spoke into Scott's mind before she shut the door of the meeting room behind her allowing her controlled expression to relax even if her mental walls were strengthened so Xavier couldn't pick anything up.

Then as she walked away from the meeting room, her green eye's over a couple of moments changed to a glowing red as she expanded her telepathic range... Beyond the mind's of the students of Xavier's school and towards the line of smaller single houses.

And as Jean entered her private bedroom, she bit her lower lip with her eye's filled with fire unknown to herself as she touched the minds of the vampires that were currently experiencing inhuman pleasure as they fed off Jake's blood and were engaged in intercourse.

"Its... Not fair." Jean whispered as she held a hand to her large breast. Allowing her to feel her heart pounding as her mind conjured up the endless memories her mind had constructed to replace the... 

The wonderful memories she had of Jake, his hands flowing over her body, his hands burrowed in her locks of hair as they kissed on their bed or sometimes when Jean was feeling excited on her class desk.

So many memories flowed through her mind and she felt the burning furious heat somewhat transfer between her legs... Then reality hit her. Her beloved was playing with those... Fucking vampires, thieves and other wretches!

Then a soft bleeping rang out, and the murderous expression on Jean's face died and turned to a dead expression even as she idly noticed that in her rage that the objects in her room had been vibrating a bit with how her mental energy had leaked outwards in her rage.

She looked upon the message and her dull empty expression didn't even twitch as she read the message. [Emma Frost- Tell Xavier I will be at the mansion in the next half an hour.]

And without a change in expression, she used her telekinetic powers to crush her cellphone and then she sent a mental message to Xavier that very carefully pulled back any emotions with the mental message. 

[With the purifier's going after mutant's so blatantly. We should possibly lock down the mansion to any outsiders.]

There was a pause before Xavier sent a mental message back. [That is a good idea Jean, however, we are receiving a food and energy delivery tomorrow. So I will watch the workers for any spies or otherwise troublesome elements. Afterwards, we will lock down for a few days, while Logan and Scott look for information on the Purfiers.]

Jean's expression slightly darkened at her plan to keep Emma Frost out for at least a few days failed before it could even start. But she just closed down her mind fully and laid on her bed.

Her fiery eyes filled with the view of Jake as he rutted into her womanhood with her hand drifting downward as her mental connection with that vampire filled her mind.
