Marvelous Shop, Chapter 15

I plopped myself down on the bed while Kalawarner took my seat and she took in my rather sparse apartment before looking at my laptop for 'homework' and other stuff. "So beyond looking at porn on your laptop, what else do you do for fun at your age?" 

My lips twitched at the possible reminder of the centuries we had in difference. But I just shrugged and said honestly. "To be honest, I been too busy dealing with stuff to be sinking into mindless entertainment. It's hard to settle down for a tv show when a monster is hunting you after all."

I meant that in more way's then one... Back in the Marvel universe I had to run the shop, and I was especially worried due to Marvel being a particularly terrible shithole this time due to invading kaiju's supernatural monsters. And the usual Marvel bullshit.

And in the universe Fallout, I most fucking certainly coudn't be chilling out as the air was filled with heavier background radiation, the food was poison, the water was toxic, and don't get me started on the deathclaws and other BS.

Kalawarner snickered and then she made a noise of thought before she spoke thoughtfully. "So you are a man who knows when they need to lock themselves to their current task. So what are your goals for the supernatural world?" 

I blinked at that... Extremely open ended question. As I knew that this universe of DXD wasn't my long term spot to be within even if I planned to possibly come back for more stuff in the future.

But in the short term? "Well, I want to be strong enough not to be an after thought by other's. Beyond that... Hell if I know, I am still taking things day by day right now." 

Looking back at Kalawarner into her eye's, I asked rather bluntly. "What about you? What do you plan to do as a fallen with centuries if not millenia ahead of yourself?" 

There was a pause as Kalawarner paused then she took a breath before smiling wryly. "I want to walk on the moon... And not be smited by a dozen gods or goddesses of the moon."

I blinked at that fucking completely random answer with Kalawarner shaking her head. "You know. When the gods actually learned from their Pantheon's moon deities that the humans actually landed on the moon, invading a whole new celestial being. There was talk from a couple Pantheon's about blasting humanity back into the bronze age." 

There was a moment of silence as I absorbed that fact with D'draig saying within my own soul so that Kalawarner coudn't hear. "That would indeed ruffle the feather's and scales of the gods in hearing humanity traveled beyond the Earth's cradle." 

I was silent for a long while in absorbing that information. Then I spoke with a shake of the head. "Yeah the god's are a bag of dicks, what else is new."

Kalawarner snorted at my apt statement with her leaning back in her chair and pushing up her breasts with her folded arms as she considered something.

Then she leaned in allowing me to more easily see down the cut of her shirt and her large breasts while she asked me quietly. "So Jake, how do you learn things? Are you a listener, reader, or a kinesthetic learner who learns by doing?" 

Even as I gave those titties a most respectful glance. I stated with utter certainty. "I am a pure kinesthetic learner. Trying to read a manual or how to guide is pure pain for me haha." I laughed at the end as I recalled all those shitty game guides back in my old life that didn't explain jack to me.

Kalawarner gave a slight hum and asked with some thought. "Would you care to learn any magic then? I may be a two winged fallen angel, but I have picked up some cantrips can that can be very useful for you in everday life." 

I raised an eyebrow and asked curiously. "Uhh yeah sure, any help would be appreciated. Though what kind of cantrips?" 

Kalawarner smiled and said calmly. "Well, some of the cantrips have fallen out of favor with this new modern world. But for example, a spell matrix for creating fresh, clean, drinking water. A spell that stitches your clothes back together using excess threads in the weave. A spell that tells you the cardinal directions in case you don't have a compass. And a number of others." 

Those were actually some valuable spells actually. Especially if I went to some kind of Apocalypse world where resources weren't something I could get ahold of so easily.

"Alright, sounds good. Please show me." I spoke with some excitement while I thought how odd it was that my first magic teacher was literally one of the Fallen mooks.

Said fallen mook got up from her seat and stretched a bit before she spoke seriously. "Seeing as you don't have any experience using your latent magical abilities, do you mind if I get a bit physical to show you?"

I shook my head, expecting her to hold my hand or something to show me how it felt to channel magic but I still said. "I don't mind, please show me."

But I was surprised as she crawled onto the bed and as I turned a bit to see what she was up to, she had already climbed behind me with her large breasts pushing into my back as she rested her chin my shoulder and spoke softly as she put a hand on my stomach.

"Now, magical energy is... Well, magical energy, it is the energy formed from the power of your soul, and consciousness." She spoke softly as her hand went to my lower abdomen. "Magical energy according to many sources is produced in the dantian region, which is a spiritual core that lies in the body's soul so it's untouchable normally."

"The magical energy then in reverse of how food makes physical energy for the body, then flows up through the body to congregate in the person's heart and then is refined within their mind." She spoke softly with her hand becoming a finger tip that trailed across my body to end up gently poking my forehead.

"Magical energy itself isn't too hard to use. Its biggest issue is controlling it, to guide it into a form that will do as its told... Because magic is a wild thing and will lash out at everything when it's untamed or guided, hence why humans use strict mathematics or seals and glyphs for magic." 

I was quiet just taking in the information while Kalawarner's hand returned to my stomach. "Now... Let's start somewhere simple in these cantrips, these spells were made long before Merlin the cambion walked this world, long before even the son of God walked this world. These are manifestations of will forced upon reality via your own internal magic." Kalawarner spoke gently

I felt her hand fill with an un-natural warmth and then I shivered as I likewise felt a warmth within myself in turn. "You feel that Jake? That's your own magical energy within yourself... Having someone else with magic touch your own magic to wake up the sense to will safe you literally years of meditation of your own body. Now let's move it and put it to task." 

Kalawarner then showed me how it felt to move the mana through my body and then through some mental coaching, she showed me how to use the water summoning cantrip which made the air in front of my hands swirl and compress violently with a very small stream of water forming from the air vortex.

Like... Taking at least three or four minutes to fill up a sixteen-ounce bottle with a small stream of water.

Then she showed me the clothes repairing cantrip by having me put on a simple tank top and she ripped the top a bit before she spoke carefully. "Now this cantrip is actually a good trick to learn as it teaches you how to cover your body in magical energy for... Endless variety in uses later on in magical training. You need to saturate the clothes and then pull the seams together."

'I wonder why the DXD cast never use something like this?' I mused as I knew that they got their clothes destroyed all the damned time. But then I recalled that they were devils and likely didn't care too much with how often it happened. Not to mention the fact that they could conjure up new clothes.

Then with that lesson in magic done, Kalawarner relaxed against me and I likewise relaxed for a moment. Feeling her soft breath on her ear and her large breasts pushing into my back as she transitioned the learning touches into a clearly intimate hug.

"Let's get some sleep. I got school in the morning and it's already late" I spoke with Kalawarner, pausing as I pulled out of her hug and she looked up at me in amusement as I literally just threw the thin sheet blanket over us as I held the thicc fallen in my arms as I laid back down with my head on my pillow.

"You aren't going to attempt to bed me? I can feel your excitement right now Jake." Kalawarner teased as she pushed her very ample breasts into my chest as she looked up at me with those gleaming yellow eyes.

And without a damn moment of hesitation I responded. "Nope, not tonight. Maybe in the morning if you make me breakfast I will try to seduce you."

Kalawarner snorted and her snort became giggles as she retorted. "That is one of the lamest pick up lines I have ever heard... And I have seen Azazel drunk and striking out hard with a virgin goddess."

"And yet, you are still in my arms Kalawarner." I finished with a deeper voice and the fallen went silent before she snuggled up into my chest with her fallen wings spreading out across our forms to encircle us.
