Hollow/FGO Chapter 32

With Gilles dead, I just leaned down to snap up the Golden Grail as I looked around with a wry smile. As we had bum-rushed through the Orleans singularity so quickly that we missed several ally servants like Elizabeth, Kiyohime, Siegfried and others.

"Well Blake... That was a bit of overkill." I heard Romani speaking through Gudako's comms unit.

I shrugged and looking around at the utter devastation of Paris, I said frankly. "Gilles had opened a portal to the eldritch void of space to summon his Outsider creatures. The Grain coming in through the portal made me have basically infinite mana for a couple of minutes."

Though... That made me wonder if we could summon our own Gilles and have him temporarily hooked up to a grail so I could fully empower myself. Or hell.

What would happen if I had a grail implanted in my soul?

But such thoughts were discarded as Ritsuka cheered loudly. "Yay the wicked wizard is dead! We got the Grail and no one died on our side so this is a perfect success haha!"

My lips twitched hearing that, and I could only think. 'Let's hope she keeps that enthusiasm, I can't always be directly protecting her with the gods and such we will come to combat.'

Either way I watched as our Jeanne was talking with Marie for a minute as I came closer with Tiamat closing in on me like a maternal rocket of hugs and too large of horns.

"Artoria, were you the one who got the dark Jeanne?" I asked curiously.

Our Artoria Alter gave a small frown before nodding and saying. "Yes, I hope she wasn't an issue with your fight against Fafnir. After I succeeded in wounding her, Blue Beard summoned several powerful monsters giving the dark Jeanne time to escape to go fight... That other Jeanne."

I shrugged I said easily. "She had half her chest carved into and was missing an arm Artoria. You basically got her, she just didn't have the common courtesy to die by your blade after losing."

To that Artoria gave me a firm nod of agreement while I heard Olga speaking through Gudako's systems. "The world line is starting to become unstable with the Grail's vessel having faded away. Rayshifting will take place in two minutes once they collect your dimensional data!"

I exhaled and sent looks to the three servants who had helped us in this Singularity before I spoke up. "Ladies, and Wolfgang... Thanks for the help!"

Marie Antoinette hurriedly waved and as soon as her mouth opened I mentally cringed. "Bye my homies! Make sure you summon me at Chaldea! I want to keep helping you guys bring the beauty of France to the world haha."

And with that I felt Tiamat take hold of my shoulder with her whispered long 'Ahhh' translating through our connection to her saying. 'Beware, her sanity is to be questioned... Bad mother for breeding especially.'

Honestly... With how chaotic she was? I wasn't going to deny Tiamat. But either way I could shiver as I felt the Chaldeas ray-shifting technology locking onto my body, soul, and Saint-Graph so it could begin teleporting us back to Chaldea.

"We will see one another again. And let the Lord's light guide you on your journey!" Our Jeanne spoke hurriedly as light formed around us.

And then before anyone could reply beyond Mash and Gudako hurriedly waving. We were violently engulfed in a ray of light with our forms being violently ripped from the Orleans Singularity to be sent back to Chaldea.

"Tiamat is tamed... A Beast leashed by an Outsider, Foreign Servant helping Chaldea." A dark voice spoke as they looked through the cycle of events of what happened.

Goetia's plans to bleach humanity from the earth in order to prevent all suffering wasn't so simple as to deny humanity the world. No, his plan was far more thorough, like a plague his bleaching of the Human texture of the Earth would spread to alternate timelines and parallel world lines.

Hence why Zeltretch and the other true Magicians weren't interfering with his actions. They simply had been boxed out via Gaia and Alaya as they attempted to prevent Goetia's bleaching spread of destruction from spreading to other Textures of the Earth.

And that resulted in... Timelines being a bit wobbly, and in order to keep things orderly even on his own end. He had to keep the timelines together by force the Chaldea souls to go through his gauntlet of the Singularities.

Most of the dozens of masters died during the second Singularity of Septem at best. Very few made it to the American Singularity, only a half dozen made it to Camelot and only two made it to the final singularity of Babylonia.

But now... The prime timeline had the strongest asset from the final singularity to say nothing of a corrupted less hesitant 'King Arthur' and that Foreign Servant.

Goetia's many eyes tightened as he considered what to replace Tiamat with in the Babylonia Singularity as he physically couldn't fully enter the Singularities to deal with the Chaldeans until they reached his Temple of Time.

Before a too-large demonic smile crossed his monstrous forms face. As he had just the thing.

"Is it not convenient, the foreigner is going straight towards a rose-lined cliff... I will need to sacrifice another of my grails but. Making that pompous Emperor tip over the edge and embrace her nature as a Beast will be entertaining. And should be enough to deal with Chaldea. If not at least slay the Foreigner and hopefully Tiamat."

If Chaldea was going to walk the roads of Rome and see the Humanities most significant single civilization... It will have to see it at its worst as well.

And what better than the Whore of Babylon herself to break Chaldea so early in their journey?

Goetia trying to interfere with Blake? Now thats going to backfire spectacularly or maybe not. Cant seem to remember all of Blakes skills, abilities and tools, so Goetia could get bamboozled.
