FutaOS v0.3 release

Sorry for the wait, but here is FutaOS v0.3! :D
I think this version ended up pretty good! :D
The only 2 things that weren't able to be included were the banking app, and the 2nd Emma phone call. I didn't have enough time for the banking app, and the voice actress hasn't yet delivered the voice files.
So, I plan on releasing a v0.3.5 in about 2 weeks with these things added, as well as some more internet articles and stuff :)
