TN: This is a play on words that doesn't translate neatly in English. Futoi can mean big and fat (ふとい is pronounced the same as 太い), and her name, Ooi, is very close to it. The pet name that's given to her incorporates her title as class representative, making it 太委員長 (ふといんちょう/futoinchou), which would be like saying "fat class representative." I decided to play on the sound for "class" and "massive" for the English translation.
