I really enjoyed cosplaying as Rogue the Bat and as Noir from NIKKE, and there’s lots of spicy content in the top tiers this month including slingshots and sheer lingerie ~

Yes they are included in the higher tiers. Each tier has the benefits of the lower tiers. So for tier 100 there’s the cosplay sets and the only fans pack #1
