It really depends on what is the societal norms are for you. The individuals who have no issue with the public nudity most likely have experienced it often enough it has been normalized. Whereas you have limited to no experience with it, so it is, "uncomfortable," or "embarrassing." Good example is your video. Your feet are naked and fully exposed. It is normal for you, and you are quite comfortable with it. In fact, you probably don't even put much thought into it. I was raised in surroundings where feet were NOT to be exposed. They either were covered by socks, or you wore shoes, but never were they blatantly exposed to anyone you were not at least intimate with. I get very uncomfortable and embarrassed if I go swimming and HAVE TO take off my shoes. But I would bet most of your followers, as well as maybe you, would think it a silly thing to be shy about. Still, here we are. You are shy about being nude in a sauna, I won't take my shoes off where my feet can be seen. *laughs* (I wouldn't go nude in a sauna either.)
