Not sure if you already did this but you should go to his website forum and post it under bug reports. Gets fixed a lot quicker that way.

But when I went to speak to Vahn for the first time and select the talk then Vahn option it plays out normally until: Zeke brushes back his hair, Unsure if this is due to being a new game and whatnot but yeah it acts like Vahn is Zeke for that little part. Everything else is fine about the talk.
