Heat Wave : Mutes
Added 2023-06-06 08:55:28 +0000 UTCWe shot continuously, over the weekend. And you sometimes get to a point where you have energy but not too many ideas for the day. Also, sometimes maybe just a disconnect and freedom to just be truly could be something else. I mean we (me and my muses) will get together, eat, sleep, shoot together over weekends. Also, we take very small breaks in between where we try to find our private spaces to just be, or maybe take a moment to connect to the outside worlds as well. The idea is always to pace it in the way that they do not feel exhausted at the end of it ... the feeling must stay energetic through the long hours. it is a fine balance to maintain between creating and also giving everyone space especially in such overcharged shoots where everyone keeps coming up with ideas and we just want to make most of everything.
So to make that change I thought let us have a directionless shoot, where we don't talk to each other, we don't ask or say what we want or how we move. I just setup a set , showed them the space and then it was all her (them)... we transitioned from this to nudes naturally at their own time and when they thought right...

Also am not goin to touch the straight off camera even if i feel they are a bit underexposed or out of focus or over exposed and all that.... just the way they were shot, with the present illfordish tweaked recipe.. here are some :)
