I know what you might be thinking—I don't enjoy coloring, this is silly. If you're someone who hasn't doodled or colored in a coloring book since you were a kid, I highly recommend giving it a chance as an adult. It can be so relaxing and therapeutic. It's been shown to improve brain function and focus, as well as reduce anxiety and stress.
This months coloring page is based off of a sketch I did earlier this year. This is one of my favorite sketches of the year so far, and I added a bunch of fun lines and details to make it more exciting to color. I hope you enjoy!
